Learn the Art of Screen Printing and Create Your Own Tote Bag and T-Shirt! A School Holiday Workshop in Sydney!

Encourage creativity and self-expression in our Kids Screen Printing Workshop—now with new stencil designs for returning participants! This term, kids will screen print two unique designs on a tote bag, cushion cover or tea towel (provided) and a BYO t-shirt, creating bold, wearable art to take home.

This full-day workshop is perfect for young artists aged 8 to 12, offering hands-on experience with professional screen printing techniques. Kids will choose from a range of pre-made stencil designs (no cutting required) and print their designs directly onto their items using vibrant, high-quality inks.

Each child will complete two single-colour prints, one on each base item. They can mix and match designs or keep them separate—it’s up to them!

Kids can bring more than one item if they’d like to try a couple of prints — we’ll do our best to fit them in, time allowing.

We’ll also have puff ink available for those who want to experiment with raised, textured designs.

If your child has a specific theme request, please email us at least 2 weeks in advance – we’re happy to prepare a custom design if it’s something we can create in time.

What to Bring:

👕 A plain t-shirt and or a cotton hoodie or sweatshirt to print on (natural fibres work best, pre-washed for best results)
🥪 A packed lunch, snacks, and a water bottle
🚫 Please avoid sending foods containing nuts
🩳 Wear old clothes—things might get messy!

✅ Parents must drop off & pick up children in person and complete a short admission form on arrival

Cancellation Policy: Due to the seasonal nature of this workshop it can not be cancelled or rescheduled. You are welcome to send someone else in your place if you can't make it on the day. In most of our workshops we require a minimum number of people to run the workshop and will do our absolute best to run every workshop we list but occasionally it is not commercially feasible to do so. In the unlikely event that we don't reach this number, we may cancel the class; in this case, we'll inform you and allow you to get a full refund or reschedule.
