Create a charm bracelet, necklace & keyring in our kids school holiday workshop in Sydney!

Kids will love getting hands-on in this fun jewellery making workshop where they’ll design and create their own unique accessories to wear or gift.

Across the day, participants will make three different pieces: a bracelet, a necklace, and a keyring — each in its own session with a new lesson and skill to learn. With an array of colourful beads and charms to choose from, every child’s creations will be completely one-of-a-kind.

Held in our Inner West Sydney studio, this workshop is designed for kids aged 8–12 (Year 3 and above). Please note this class is not suitable for children under 8 years old or those in Years K–2, as the activities involve fine motor skills and fiddly techniques that younger children often find too challenging.

What they'll learn:

• How to thread and secure beads to create strong, wearable pieces.
• How to attach charms to chains or findings for professional finishes.
• How to combine techniques across different projects (bracelet, necklace, keyring).
• The confidence to design and create unique accessories from start to finish.

👉 Unlike at-home jewellery kits that can leave kids with unfinished projects, this workshop is a guided, hands-on experience where every participant finishes three complete pieces. They’ll also leave with the skills and confidence to keep creating at home — making the most of any beads or kits they might already own.

What to bring:

• A packed lunch, snacks, and a water bottle
• Please avoid sending foods containing nuts
• Wear comfortable clothes that are ok to get messy

Cancellation Policy: Due to the seasonal nature of this workshop it can not be cancelled or rescheduled. You are welcome to send someone else in your place if you can't make it on the day. In most of our workshops we require a minimum number of people to run the workshop and will do our absolute best to run every workshop we list but occasionally it is not commercially feasible to do so. In the unlikely event that we don't reach this number, we may cancel the class; in this case, we'll inform you and allow you to get a full refund or reschedule.
