Refund policy
Workshops can be rescheduled pending availability in another class, with up to 3 business days notice, even if it is due to COVID. If you do reschedule within the notice period and there are no suitable dates we will hold your booking for a period of 6 months, if you can not attend another class in this time your booking will be treated as a cancellation. Our workshop tickets are non refundable, but you are welcome to send someone else in your place if you can not make the class on the day.
For private groups, we require a minimum of 14 days notice to reschedule or to change guest counts. If bookings are rescheduled or guest counts reduced within the notice period we will charge an administration charge equivalent to 20% of the original booking. We require that any booking that is rescheduled take place within 6 months of the original booking date. Our workshop tickets are not refundable.
for workshops being run by external facilitators, that is anyone not directly employed by Made By Me Workshop, bookings are strictly non refundable and can not be rescheduled unless the same facilitator has a future date scheduled with Made By Me Workshop and there are spaces available. If you can not make it on the day, you can send someone else in your place
In the event that you fail to attend a workshop, the ticket is non transferable once the event has taken place.
If we need to cancel a class due to minimum numbers not being met or teacher illness, we may do so at anytime prior to the scheduled class day and time. You will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer to another class of the same value.
When booking a workshop with us, you agree that you will comply with all safety precautions and recommendations during your visit and that Made By Me Workshop will not be responsible for any injury that may occur during our classes.
