In this two-hour floristry workshop, you’ll learn to design and craft your very own Australian native Christmas wreath using a mix of fresh and dried native foliage, seed pods, and flowers.

Whether you’re completely new to wreath making or have some floristry experience, Kerstin will guide you step by step — from selecting the right greenery to wiring and arranging your design so it lasts beautifully throughout the festive season.

As you work, you’ll be surrounded by the fresh, natural fragrance of Australian greenery and the soothing rhythm of creating with your hands. Every wreath is unique — no two are ever the same — and you’ll leave with a handcrafted piece that’s a true reflection of your own style, ready to hang on your door or display as a festive centrepiece.

About Kerstin

Originally from Germany, Kerstin trained as a professional florist before moving to Australia. She has worked on Hayman Island, at Lotus Botanica Sydney, and as a wedding florist since 2006. With over 400 hours of teaching experience through Sydney Community College, she founded Blume Flower School to share her love of floristry with others. (“Blume” means “flower” in German.)

Cancellation Policy: Due to the limited number of spaces for workshops, all bookings are final and strictly non refundable. We do not refund classes but you are welcome to send someone else in your place if you can't make it on the day. Since Kerstin is a special guest teacher it is not possible to reschedule the workshop to another day. In most of our workshops we require a minimum number of people to run the workshop and will do our absolute best to run every workshop we list but occasionally it is not commercially feasible to do so. In the unlikely event that we don't reach this number, we may cancel the class; in this case, we'll inform you and allow you to get a full refund or reschedule.
