We ask all participants to meet us out the front of the downstairs store at the start of the workshop so that we can check you in before escorting you upstairs. We usually run multiple workshops in a day and need the time ahead each workshop to get set up for you.
What you'll need to bring:
You may want to bring along any design inspiration or block printing references you have, we will have some simple designs that can be used as well as some inspirational images that participants can use to generate their ideas. If you do want to create your own design - just remember to keep it simple!
We provide everything you need for the workshop including an apron to protect your clothes. Don't dress to impress, we will be printing with fabric ink so it won't come out of your clothes if you make a mess.
This workshop is perfect for beginners with no previous experience necessary. We will be using sharp tools so a steady hand and a cautious approach is always recommended.
