Native Flower and Fibre Wreath Workshop

Create an Australian Christmas wreath using native flora and vintage fibre on a twisted twig base!

Embrace the beauty of our Australian natives and create a wreath that truly reflects our Christmas.

In this two-hour workshop held in our friendly creative space in Newtown, you will create your own festive native flower & fibre wreath to decorate your door, walls or to use as a table centre piece. We will provide you with everything you need to create your wreath including a twisted twig wreath, a selection of fresh and dried native flowers, some vintage sari silk from our private collection and some Christmas bling to bring all the festive feels. The fresh flowers will dry out naturally so you will be able to hang your wreath throughout the season and carefully pack it away for next year. 

We pride ourselves on providing quality materials so that you achieve quality outcomes that you are proud to show off to your family and friends. Class sizes are always kept small so that you enjoy hands-on assistance while you learn and create.

Our workshops are as much about creativity as they are about connection, in our space you have the opportunity to meet new friends, share a few stories, laugh with each other and simply enjoy some time out for yourself. 

BYO your favourite drink, a festive attitude and your spirit of adventure! We will provide the Christmas treats and tunes to keep spirits high but we promise not to sing along (we want you to come back after all).

We have tea & coffee making facilities but if you prefer your coffee barista made we are surrounded by great cafes and places to eat. If you want to grab something to eat or drink before or after and want to make a day of it. For evening workshops you can order from our neighbours, get great pizza from Westwood or charcuterie and cheese from Continental Deli.

Cancellation Policy: You can reschedule your class with up to 3 days notice. We do not refund classes but you are welcome to send someone else in your place if you can't make it on the day. In most of our workshops we require a minimum number of people to run the workshop and will do our absolute best to run every workshop we list but occasionally it is not commercially feasible to do so. In the unlikely event that we don't reach this number, we may cancel the class; in this case, we'll inform you and allow you to get a full refund or reschedule.
